• Provide support by any means feasible on-line (forum, jabber, irc; one of ideas currently in development: pool of people able to provide on-line support directly) as well as off-line (e.g. gather information where interested people can get a disc with distribution) to Russian-speaking users
• Spread word about FOSS in general and Ubuntu in particular
• Involve more people in real-life activities: extend geography of our non-virtual presence
