Introduction
This new team aims to produce screencasts for integration with the Ubuntu Documentation. Screencasts are short video clips which demonstrate visually how to do a specific task (see the /FAQ for more information about our screencasts).
The Ubuntu Screencast Team is a part of the Ubuntu Documentation Team, however we have our own mailing list and IRC channel (#ubuntu-screencasts).
Projects
The screencasts which have already been published can be found at the Ubuntu screencast website.
A list of new projects can be found at /Requests - browse through current requests and submit your own on that page.
The methodology used for making screencasts is documented at /RecordingScreencasts
The subtitle creation process is documented at ScreenCasts/Subtitles
Meetings
Screencast Team meetings happen as and when. For more details see the /Meeting Page.
