Ubuntu News in Swedish
- A news feed was launched on the 9th October 2010 with the purpose to provide Swedish Ubuntu users with news about Ubuntu written in Swedish. The editors write abstracts in Swedish and provides links to further information based on official sources such as Canonical Blog, Canonical Design, Mark Shuttleworth blog and jonobacon@home, as well as community sources such as Full Circle Magazine and OMG! Ubuntu!. The target is to publish at least one news item per day and for obvious reasons it has so far been much about the 10.10 release and UDS Natty outcomes.
The news feed is a LoCo project and is published on a separate Wordpress site http://www.ubuntunyheter.nu (which in Swedish can be read as "Ubuntunews.now"). The news feed is incorporated in the front page of the LoCo Drupal site and the plan is to make further technical integrations during the continous development of the LoCo site.
