(the % is meant to kind of indicate how much time you can be there, and which days are best - for example: Tormod will be there the whole Thursday, for sure)

I think the entrance to the exposition is free, but one has to register in advance to get the ticket. This was how it was last year, but they haven't specified it on their web site for this year yet.
