I have been a user of Linux since 2003 when I first installed Red Hat on an old Pentium 233Mhz machine. Mostly using Linux for my server, I moved over to using Ubuntu 7.04 as my main operating system in 2007.

Ubuntu ignited my interest in Free and Open Source Software, as well as a newfound passion for helping others with their technology problems. I can always be found in one of many Ubuntu IRC channels.

I find myself constantly steeping in !JavaScript and PHP, with some XHTML and CSS for vibrant colors and flavors. Since picking up Ubuntu I have gained a much larger interest in Python and have started utilizing the power of Lua and bash scripting.

I have gained a lot of help from the forums over the past few years and I have been looking for ways to help out more. My aim is to find someone to help and post something of value instead of repeating someone else.

Zenix is a remix of Ubuntu with a Buddhist mind set, conceived by Bodhi Zazen. I have been involved in this project mainly through testing the 64 bit iso, and am currently testing Zenix 10.05. I am also mirroring both the 32 bit and 64 bit iso's on my server.  I am converting the Firefox bookmark list into a web page to help unclutter the default Zenix Firefox bookmarks.
