Eating Lunch

The venue has asked us to provide a method of ensuring the right people get the provided lunch during the lunch hour. There will be a "lunch sticker" provided to you in the morning by Claire. Each sticker is different for each day, so before each day you will grab that day's sticker and place it on your badge. That sticker will get you into the lunch area for that day.

Karaoke

• Date: Friday 29th May: Karaoke Night

• Hours: 8pm to 12 am. The venue has been booked for the UDS attendees until 12 am, afterwards we are allowed to stay but it will be open to public.
• Meals: Tapas from 8pm to 9.30 pm (served with free drinks). After 9.30 pm each of us will get an extra drink.

Crew Assignments

Crew will be made up of LoCo and sponsored people who want to help with the logistics of planning the event. They will have different tshirts with "CREW" written on the back. This should be a rotating responsibility so that attendees can also be productive at UDS. Responsibilities include:

• A/V Assistance if needed
• Eazel and sign implementation and maintenance
• Help during registration
• Coordinate with the hotel on lunch delivery
• Making announcements
• Herding people like cattle into the first sessions and UDS-wide sessions.
• ... one of the other million things Claire ends up swamped with.
