  • Website - www not working, planet not updated, need to contact Zelut for access
  • Forums - need to find who to contact so we can help states make forum changes
  • Mailing list - Aaron is the admin, no problem
  • Launchpad - Aaron is the admin, find out who to contact to help states make changes
• Mentors

  • Confirmed that qualifications are: signed CoC, part of an approved LoCo

  • Added that they get a recommendation from someone in their LoCo team

  • Decided that the Board will approve Mentors early on, may expand this to approval being decided by Board+Sitting Mentors
  • Want to do call for Mentors soon

• Planned next meeting and divided up tasks between Jon and Elizabeth
