= UTF-8 in Ubuntu =

Subsidiary tasks for the Hoary UTF-8 feature goal:

 * Use UTF-8 locales by default in the installer
 * Provide a tool for users to trivially switch existing systems to a UTF-8 locale ([[UTFEightMigrationTool]])
 * Hunt down and squash UTF-8 related bugs
