UbuconAsia 2021 Virtual

Ubucon Asia is a community event organized by Ubuntu LoCo teams in Asia region. First UbuconAsia will be virtual conference and it will held 2021. There are no specific plans for the event yet. Since the planning team just formed, discussion about detailed plan will begin later.
