What each Volunteer group does.


Editors/Authors: Write/create documentations and edit work for grammatical errors and neatness...

Programmers: Will write code for the project.

Translators: will translate all information (ie: banners) into different languages...

Designers: will make sure every creation is neat, beautiful-attractive and presentable. "Eye catching..."

Project Leaders: will lead each group to aid and make sure tasks are completed, also reported to me.

IRC

IRC is a great way for for a global team to communicate. In our different channels we take care of team business, help users, or just get to know each other better.

  • If you do not have an IRC Client or are brand new to IRC you can quickly and easily sign on to our team channel here.

*The last 4 IRC channels will be used for individual group meetings when scheduled. I recommend everyone be available on the #UbuntuAdverts channel and the channel in which they contribute to. ie: If you signed up for design, you will also be on the #UbuntuAdvertsDesign channel along with the #UbuntuAdverts. If you are a leader, you will be on the leadership channel along with the channel you lead, and of course our main channel.

Deadline

  • The planed project deadline is April 2011 (some day in that Month, just after on in time prior to the release of Natty. The date is subject to change.
