We plan to run many sessions in parallel. Some of these sessions will involve 10-15 people, other sessions will be small (2-3 people) and focussed on documenting the discussion into an actionable specification. In order to ensure that the documentation process takes place, we will reserve space on the schedule to have the follow up discussions and writing sessions take place. Therefore, you will see the same topic multiple times on the schedule.
