Ubuntu Leadership

Ubuntu Leadership aims to be a helping center and a leadership training forum within the Ubuntu Community. Open source Leadership is a different type of leadership. Due to the unique challenges we face in a community forum, a unique style of leadership has evolved.

In Ubuntu we have a Leadership Code of Conduct and expect more from our leaders. We aim to help people understand the code of conduct and what it means to our leaders and make people within Ubuntu more successful.
