NVIDIA Releases 340.108 Linux Driver Providing Updated Legacy Support For GeForce 8 / 9

Michael Larabel tells us that users of GeForce 8 or 9 series graphics cards have an updated 340.108 driver. Whilst mentioning the benefits of newer devices, we are told of better compatibility with Kernels up to 5.4. However, no new features are provided as the driver is in maintenance mode.
