Kubuntu 20.10 Groovy Gorilla reaches end of life

Kubuntu 20.10 was released on 22 October, 2020 with its nine months of supported life ending on 22 July 2021. Mentioning the still supported releases of Kubuntu, we are given links to the official Ubuntu 20.10 end of life announcement, how to upgrade Kubuntu 20.10, and a reminder to upgrade fast. Finally we are reminded of the archiving of the repository (a link is provided telling how to overcome that if that has already occurred).

Xubuntu 21.10 Dev Update

Sean Davis informs us of the work being performed that will be seen in Xubuntu 21.10. A number of applications are mentioned with screenshots, including an open twitter poll on a new look for rhythmbox, plus team votes for Clipman. The Xubuntu seed is discussed, as well as the now more complicated GTK2, GTK3 and likely soon to be used GTK4 toolkits. He reminds us of the many key dates approaching for the impish indri release.
