The future of documentation at Canonical

Daniele Procida briefly introduces documentation, the importance of it, and how it is difficult to get and keep right. We are introduced to the "documentation transformation project" which is a "long-term-project". Four key areas are then discussed: firstly it's direction (including the Diátaxis documentation framework), second it's care (attitude and discipline), then execution (the craft), and fourthly equipment (tools used).
