A fantastic result for Inkscape with Launchpad

Just a couple weeks after Inkscape moved its bug tracker to Launchpad (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuWeeklyNewsletter/Issue67), the results are impressive! The Inkscape community has been working very hard, and there is more than a 4-fold decrease in open bugs.
