Editing Privileges

I would like to edit my userpage, but seems I am unable to as a new user with few edits.

On the other hand, it may be because the wiki is having connectivity problems today (although https://status.canonical.com/#/ says there are no problems) Semitones (talk) 14:53, 28 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

There are definitely some connectivity issues.
However, the way the wiki is set up, you need to have "autoconfirmed" status to create a page (this is purely a measure to allow anyone with an account to edit, while still protecting from spammers who would otherwise create pages).
By default, the user page isn't created when your account is created. So I think you need to become autoconfirmed, which means accumulating 10 edits and having your first edit be 4 days old. So, I would suggest, when you have time, to look around the wiki and find some things to fix (even if they're very small), and in no time you will get page creation rights.
