Valdemar Lipenko was born in Ukraine. He studied Computer Engineering at National Aerospace University – Kharkiv Aviation Institute (http://www.khaiedu.com/) and later Software Engineering at Vienna University of Technology (http://www.tuwien.ac.at/).
