How to join / Sut i ymuno

There are two ways to join the Welsh group. There is simple just signing up to our launchpad group which entitles you to just voting privileges and helps us keep a track of Welsh people interested in Ubuntu but we also have an official membership scheme too.

Official Membership

Official membership is given to members who show some contribution to any of the Welsh, OSS or Ubuntu communities. This can be achieved by helping users in IRC, the forums or indeed our mailing list however members can also help by volunteering to administrate stuff and install software for other users. To be considered for application please contact the team's Point of Contact.

Benefits of Membership

  • A free @ubuntu-cym.org email address.
