I started using Ubuntu when my friend sucked me into [http://www.digg.com Digg] about a year ago, and I figured I'd finally give this "Linux" thing a try. I started using Ubuntu when my friend sucked me into Digg about a year ago, and I figured I'd finally give this "Linux" thing a try. As the summer's winding down, I'm actually looking forward to being able to learn in a more formal setting, rather than poring through HowTos and O'Reilly books in the middle of the night (not that it's going to stop any time soon). I'd like to think that even though I'm generally a dork, I can press my face against the grindstone, crank up some metal, and get to work when the time comes.
