About Me

My name is Carlos Zambrano Andres Barrera, I'm studying Telematics Engineering at Distrital University Francisco José de Caldas in Bogotá.

I started to work with GNU/Linux in year 2004 with Suse 9.0, also I tested Mandriva, Debian Etch and Ututo 2007, but since I know Ubuntu, I've been faithfull since the version 7.04 Feisty Fawn.

3. Finish my career in engineering in Telematics and study network administration in GNU/Linux.

1. Actively participate in the Ubuntu community, bringing my knowledge, my skills and everything you need to achieve this spread as an alternative operating system for everyday life and for work and study.

2. Meet new people in this community to interact and build knowledge from the dialogue.

3. Promote the culture of free software in the people who surround me.

Objetivos Personales

1. Aprender continuamente del Sistema Operativo GNU/Linux, enfocándome en Ubuntu, esto sin dejar de conocer y manejar las demás distribuciones de este sistema operativo.

2. Enfocar mi vida laboral y académica al manejo de tecnologías libres, que me permitan desarrollarme integralmente como estudiante y profesional.

3. Terminar mi carrera de Ingenieria Telemática y poder capacitarme en Administración de redes en Linux.

Objetivos en Ubuntu-co

1. Participar activamente en la comunidad de Ubuntu, aportando mis conocimientos, mis capacidades y todo lo necesario para lograr difundir este sistema operativo como una alternativa tanto para la vida diaria como para el trabajo y el estudio.

2. Conocer nuevas personas de esta comunidad, para interactuar y generar conocimiento a partir del dialogo.

3. Promover la cultura del software libre en las personas que me rodean.
