My name is Daniel McGuire. I was born and raised in the South of Wales in the United Kingdom. I currently study ICT at Pontypool college.

WOW Lubuntu

WOW Lubuntu is a new project created by amjjawad (a member of Lubuntu family) to enlighten the whole world with the power of Linux generally and Lubuntu specifically and tell the untold story about a unique system that could breath a new life into an ancient machine instead of breathing the dust somewhere in the dark. I joined amjjawad on the 9th of June as a administrator of the page, we are actively looking to develop and expand our project.

Experience, Skills and Activities

1. Good basic understand of HTML and CSS
2. Very good in Troubleshooting and Support (Installation, Partitioning, Dual-Booting, Multi-Booting, Desktop Environment, Linux Distributions, etc).
3. Excellent in writing instructional guides or how to's in many areas.
4. Very eager to learn each and everything about Linux, I believe I have learnt a lot in a short amount of time and I understand that I have only touched the surface of Linux as a whole.
5. I actively enjoy doing all the above things and will continue to do so for a very long time.

Future Hopes

• Short-Term Goals: I would love to just start of by learning the ropes, getting to know people and generally trying my hardest to become a decent member of the community

• Long-Term Goals: This one is a bit tricky right now as I have me fingers in too many pies and I don't quite know where I want to go with all this yet, only time will tell.
