The first time I heard about Ubuntu was in 2006. I downloaded Ubuntu 6.10, Kubuntu 6.10, Edubuntu 6.10 and used their LiveCD's for a couple of months. Then in 2008 my father gave me his old laptop and I downloaded Xubuntu 8.10. After using the LiveCD and Wubi for a short time I finally installed it. Since then is my only OS. Then I used Xubuntu 9.04, Ubuntu 9.10 and now '''Ubuntu 10.04'''. I'm very happy with Ubuntu, because I think it's a great way to get in contact for the first time with GNU/Linux, Open Source, Free Software, etc. Now I'm a member of the BugSquad Team. ||{{https://launchpadlibrarian.net/50567307/DrK2.png|align="left"}}||The first time I heard about Ubuntu was in 2006.
