Hello I am Felipe(Philip in English), but call me flipefr. I am a Spanish programmer(computer engineer) of 26 years working in a company called indra and am starting to contribute with the community here with the ubuntu bug squad.
But I am still waiting a mentor for the bug squad team and apart from this i expect shouldn't be very difficult to get involved in the triage process and maybe with the time become a developer but still i don feel ready for that and even don't have as much free time as i would like.
I would rather prefer to become part of kernel root of squad because i like specially that kernel involves, improving it to be capable of adapt to any kind of machine from a watermachine to a plane, do you imagine linux kernel in a plane, maybe difficult. I feel capable to read a bug in English, French and, of course, in Spanish.
I am relatively good programming in C/C++, java and a little of Python and also some other rare languages like Prolog, LISP, JCL. I can write a script in unix but don't ask me to be very difficult or use awk language, but with patiente and a good guide i supose i could do it.
I like reading novels, videogames (wii, pc games, wine), love computers and robots(i also made my own robot at university).
And i don't really know what more tell about myself. I try to be as correct as possible in English but if you find any mistake in it please try to forget it (while you understand the meaning, of course).
