I'm Rudra Saraswat, member of U+1 and the Bug Squad. I've created Krob Linux Enterprise, a distribution meant for enterprise businesses and companies. It is available at www.blufire.xyz. I'm 10 years old and have been using Ubuntu since I was 8.
Ideas
Rolling Release
Ubuntu should be a rolling release like other distributions such as Arch Linux etc. (not development release)
Removal of Dash-to-Dock
Dash-to-Dock does become quite annoying since the desktop looks like it is a port of a tablet interface.
