LucidGlobalJam

Ubuntu has held a Global Jam for the last few releases, and have scheduled one for the weekend of 26th to 28th March. We've participated in all of the previous ones, so we should do so this release cycle also! We discussed at our March 7th meeting and decided to plan some events on the mailing list.
