So you have an idea and want to put some information up on the wiki but don't even know where to start? Then this page is for you. This page aims to be a guide for how to create and/or edit wiki pages on the /AustralianTeam so that all users are able to contribute and share no matter what level of knowledge of how to edit wiki the user has while maintaining some sense of order within the wiki.

What you need
Any user is able to edit any wiki page with the only exception being that you have to have a launchpad login. If you do not already have a launchpad account then you can go here to create a new account. You will need to log into the wiki using these credentials.
Creating the Wiki Page
The first thing you will need to do if you are looking to create a whole new page is to create it (if you're just wanting to edit an existing page proceed to the next step).
To create a new page you will need to:
Navigate to the blank page created to use uniform styling across the wiki.
- Log in to the wiki in the top right hand corner.
- You will then have additional options at the top of the screen.
- Click the "more actions" drop down menu.
- Click on the "copy page" option from the drop down menu.
- This will then open a new window with some other options.
- You will want to rename it to something that is related to the content you are going to put in your page. The format used by Ubuntu-AU is to name the page AustralianTeam/Section/PageName (e.g. AustralianTeam/Projects/WikiHowTo is the name of this page).
