Ubuntu Chicago is a group of local community members gathered to to advocate the Ubuntu Linux Operating System. Ubuntu Chicago get's their inspiration from bug #1, and uses this to aide in the process of marketing throughout the Chicago land area. |

Getting There
There are a number of ways to reach the event:
By car: Please refer to Google maps for directions from your location. 
By Train: From downtown Chicago to the meeting: BR
Getting on at the Ogilvie Transportation Center (Canal and Madison), take the Union Pacific West "Elburn". You will get off on the Glen Ellyn stop. Costs = 3.40 USD each way, 1.70 if you're a student in high school. Note: On weekends Metra offers a weekend pass for $5.00. Use it to go round trip, use it to connect to/from other Metra lines, and use it all day Sunday.
Train Departure times: Metra / Union Pacific West
- Departs: Chicago (Ogilvie) 10:40am
Arrives: Glen Ellyn 11:25AM BR
Train from the meeting, back into the city:
