Ubuntu Chicago is a group of local community members gathered to to advocate the Ubuntu Linux Operating System. Ubuntu Chicago get's their inspiration from bug #1, and uses this to aide in the process of marketing throughout the Chicago land area.

Getting There

There are a number of ways to reach the event:

By car: Please refer to Google maps for directions from your location. Smile :)

By Metra: Please refer to the [http://www.metrarail.com Metra] website. Specifically if you leave downtown Chicago from the Ogilvie Transportation Center, you should take the Union Pacific West Line, to Elburn. Exit at the Elmhurst stop and walk North up York Street, about 5 half a mile. Metra offers a Five dollar (USD) weekend pass which we urge all Metra riders to take advantage of.
