Dapper 6.06 was my first experience with Ubuntu and Desktop Linux in general, and since then I've transformed into a confirmed Ubuntu cheerleader. I am all about fixing Bug #1. My background is in Anthropology, Graphic Design, and Illustration, yet what I'm doing for a living would never reflect this. I am currently learning everything possible about Python, Zope, Plone, and Cheetah-Template with the goal of helping [http://teachsmart.org my employer] move out of its dimly-lit, license-burdened M$ past. I have the good fortune of working on an Ubuntu Desktop while on the job (with Twinview and Beryl, no less!) I plan to deploy all Web apps on Ubuntu Servers, and I am pushing for adoption of FOSS software throughout the company.
