Introduzione

Ubuntu è una tra le distribuzioni Linux che più si sono distinte nell'ultimo periodo in quanto ad espansione.

Il CD ufficiale, per motivi di spazio, contiene solamente i pacchetti in lingua inglese, mentre è possibile installare quelli nella propria lingua solamente facendoli scaricare in automatico durante l'installazione oppure successivamente.

CreaLabs ha ricevuto da Canonical Ltd, società detentrice dei marchi registrati Ubuntu e Canonical, l'autorizzazione a distribuire una versione di Ubuntu contenente anche i pacchetti in lingua italiana.

Audience

Se vuoi installare Ubuntu Linux in italiano su uno o più computer e non vuoi o non puoi (magari perché hai una connesione lenta) scaricare ogni volta i pacchetti di localizzazione (circa 18MB) allora questa versione è quella che fa per te!
