HPPAPortStatus

This page summarizes the state and goals of the HPPA Ubuntu port. Though not supported, breezy/hppa through jaunty/hppa can be found on the appropriate ports archives.

Target platforms

All 32- and 64-bit PA1.1 and later hppa platforms are targeted. PA1.0 machines are specifically not targeted (and known to not work.)

State of the port

Current outstanding issues are:

• Port dropped in karmic due to lack of activity.

Installer status

palo-installer sometimes needs a good whack upside the head to find the boot device, esp if the boot partition is on swRAID1.
