Organize by basic to advanced usage

Some formatting most editors will do frequently, such as bolding text or adding codeblocks.

Other formatting is slightly more advanced, in that they require custom templates and parameters, but are still quite common, like admonitions.

I think that writing cards and card layouts in HTML probably falls comfortably into the advanced usage category. Most users will not need to do this regularly and it is error-prone; this is because the cards were made specifically for the homepage initially.

I think the page would benefit from being structured so that the more advanced, and less commonly used formatting methods, come later. Shanecrowley (talk) 17:57, 12 October 2026 (UTC)
