Reality: Fluxbuntu is a Ubuntu-based derivative that uses FluxBox as the desktop environment (window manager). It is lightweight, swift and resource efficient compared to Gnome or KDE, making Fluxbuntu suitable for vast range of computers, from low-end to high-end.
Result: Ubuntu being able to run on a exceedingly larger range of computers, thus being utilized by more people.
