Very Very rarely. Image heavily disturbed (flickering) if framebuffer is enabled: kind of resolution is to switch to console CTRL-ALT-F1 and switch back to X ALT-F7 every time you have this issue. Another fix may be disable framebuffer: add vga=normal to boot options, but you will lose splash screen at boot. #24270
- ACPI issues:

- Wireless issues:
- ipw2200 doesn't retain the card status (radio on/radio off) after a reboot, but it does for hibernate/suspend #37010

This hangup can be bypassed disabling the local APIC support in the kernel. You can do this editing /boot/grub/menu.lst: append the string nolapic at the end of kopt= and kopt_2_6= lines. The file might look like this

Then launch 'sudo update-grub' - Power4gear hotkey not correctly handled: its functionality is not to lock the screen but to switch between some predefined power profiles (powersave, dynamic, performance...) #35791
