  • In JJ i had no problems with running Ubuntu on this laptop, everything worked "out of box".
  • Wifi card is not working after suspend or hibernation.
  • Wifi is working with broadcom driver. Download it from http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php. Driver is included in 8.10.

  • trouble working with 'cheese' application - flickers with ATI drivers enabled. Seems ok in VLC
  • Card reader tested only with SD.
  • To enable sound in 8.10 add "options snd-hda-intel model=laptop" in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base
  • Touchpad scroll works after add section to /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
