Working assorted bugs in gnome-nettools (#841007, #856387, #891852, #389153). (merge pending as of Nov 25, 2011)
- Joined the Ubuntu Bug Squad and worked on helping to triage bugs. Focusing on gnome-netools and misc bugs.
Adopted gnome-nettool for Bug triage (Adopted Package list).
Future Goals
- Join Ubuntu Bug Control.
- Example bugs
- 188617 - no beep on ping: diagnosed the issue in the code, discussed with upstream and duped the bug as a result. Also linked my findings to a similar bug in xchat to help them out.
- 800027 - memleak in gworldclock: triaged the bug and then confirmed it. sent it upstream (tbd)
- Example bugs
Continue doing maintenance for gnome-nettools in order to fix more problems and increase my knowledge of the GTK. If possible, become maintainer of this project.
