I am a husband, a father, and a writer. I am coauthor of "The Official Ubuntu Book" and "VMware Cookbook" and am the author of "Ubuntu Unleashed".
I am an Ubuntu member and have been since August 21, 2006.
I was a member of the Forum Council (one of the admins) for the Official Ubuntu Forums from December 2006 to April 2011, including the council chairmanship for most of that last year. I was a staff member in the forums from 2005-2012.
I am a past member of the Europe, Middle East and Africa regional approval board.
