Ubuntu Official Ubuntu Membership means recognition of significant and sustained contribution to Ubuntu or the Ubuntu community.

Here's some helpful things for the Ubuntu Membership Review Boards:

  • An introduction script (not THAT kind of script) to use at the beginning of the meetings so everyone knows what is expected.

  • Some congratulatory text to paste outlining where to find the perks for successful applicants.

  • An outline of the post-meeting email that gets sent out.

  • The rejoining process for those who would like to continue their membership but it has expired.

Some suggestions for other pages documenting correct procedure:

  • Outlining what quorum is for the team
  • Defining the procedure for applicants who attend a meeting that hasn't received quorum (taking to mailing list?)
  • Description of the voting regulations for applications
