What is good software to manage a classroom of Ubuntu computers:

- see any students desktop from mine, allowing me to sole or shared control of the student's computer.
- very easily text with individuals as needed
- copying files to and from a user's desktop on the fly
- list view of applications currently active on student sessions
- list of computer hardware specs.
