The goal is to describe the steps Ubuntu One software needs to take to nominate an Ubuntu One bug for freeze exception. This provides a bit more detail than the general [[FreezeExceptionProcess|Ubuntu freeze exception process]], so think of it as a supplement. :)

== Steps to nominate a bug for a freeze exception ==

 1. Let team mgr. (desktop+, foundations+, ops+) know you think bug needs to go into Ubuntu

  * Provide a reason for the exception in the bug description
  * Provide acceptance tests
   * Either point to a wiki page with the tests or include in the bug description
  * Add tag: ''freeze-exception''
