I have started tagging everything on https://help.ubuntu.com/community I do that with these tags: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Tag Besides marking them I also make sure every page has a category: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/CategoryCategory
What should be improved
Pages marked for Deletion
- Check if there is any comment in the page
- Does the information exists elsewhere ?
- Does it belong to a loco ? send them the content ...
- is it outdated and/or unsupported, do we want to keep it for historic reasons ?
Pages marked Duplicate
- Check if there is any comment in the page
- Does the information exists elsewhere ? Look at page names.
Pages marked Unsupported
- Check if there is any comment in the page
- Do we want to keep it for historic reasons ?
Pages marked for Moving
- Check if there is any comment in the page
- Does a similar page name exist on the same wiki ?
- Does it belong on wiki.ubuntu.com ?
Pages marked Too long
- Check if there is any comment in the page
- What would be a reasonable way to split the pages ?
Pages marked for Content cleanup
- Check if there is any comment in the page
- Mind that we still support 9.04
- page talk should be removed from the page
- Is the information still relevant ?
- Should the page be rewritten less personal, more professional ?
Pages marked for Style cleanup
- Check if there is any comment in the page
- Concise page chapters and bullets
Pages marked for Needs Expansion
- Check if there is any comment in the page
- Search if there is more relevant information available to this topic
