HOWTO: Fix the en-ZA dictionary

The South African English dictionary (installed by the myspell-en-za package) is shipped with an invalid /usr/share/myspell/dicts/en_ZA.aff file. This has been fixed in Lucid. Enable lucid-updates to receive the fix.
