Introduction
Hello Ubuntu Community, My name is haqking.
I am an IT Security Professional & Linux Advocate currently running Slackware 13.37-Current as my main OS and run KDE 4.x in dual screen heaven. I also run a plethora of other OS from USB or in Virtual Machines.
Ubuntu
I started looking at Ubuntu back with Dapper Drake and played with it, then again with Feisty Fawn and again with lucid lynx. I was running various versions in VM's up until recently but have now lost interest overall with *buntu.
Ubuntu Community & Contributions
I started frequenting the Ubuntu Forums as a guest and browsing the forums, eventually joining in June 2011, and eventually becoming a member, however as of late I am less active in support for many reasons.
You can find me hanging out on irc.freenode.net as haqking, in the following channels:
#ubuntuforums for social chit chat
and various others.

Haqking has been influential to me in a multitude of ways on the Ubuntu forum. His experience in the information security field has made him a great mentor for me and I'm sure countless others. I have several personal successes in my career which can be attributed in part to his knowledge. I fully endorse his request for Ubuntu membership and hope that some day I have the opportunity to work with him on a professional level. - Dangertux
Haqking has pointed me to some invaluable resources which are so dense with information I'm still pouring over them. And he actively participates in the thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1873643, which has been personally quite significant to me and my growth as an Ubuntu user. Thanks for the help, Haqking. Ms. Daisy
