Task name: Logging in

Description: Test to what extent it is possible for different user groups to log in independently and securely.

Procedure:

• Boot the computer
• At the GDM login screen, log in

  • try user names and passwords that require shifted symbols, like # and $

• Turn on screen-reader by using the accessibility icon on the lower line of the screen.
• Insure the password is not echoed.
  • If logging in with the screen-reader active, it should remain active when using the desktop.
• Repeat with KDM if possible
• Turn on screen-reader by using the accessibility icon on the lower line of the screen.
• Insure the password is not echoed.
