• technical knowledge:
  • basic understanding of GUI and filesystem concepts
  • preferably no or little time invested in MS Windows ("but I did this Word course! Does this mean I would have to start over again?")
  • preferably no Unix/Posix/Linux knowledge
• age:
  • old enough to take things seriously
  • old enough to be able to get hold of a machine to run Ubuntu on exclusively
  • old enough to be taken seriously
• sex: female
• level of education: higher education or equivalent through experience
• areas of interest: preferably outside IT
• job (if any): work with young people
• spare time: local community volunteer work, ...
• world view: openness
