I would almost be ok with a dictatorship if things actually moved quickly. & moving items to last on the agenda is as Troy put it - truly painful- It always happens & there always *happens* to be reason for it.

## Anyway this IS a group of LOCAL folks trying to change things. Open Source always grants RTF & no - not many folks care about the *right* to use the name loco --- *checks & balances* it fixes stuff up \o
