And the fact that "...failing to plan is planning to fail" , I invite each and every one of us to contribute our ideas for 2010, of which the best shall be incorporated into our Action Plan 2010 as a matter of fact.

I will go ahead and include ideas proposed through the mailing-lists already but shall exclude Release Parties, BarCamp, BlogActionDay and Software Freedom Day because they are standard events we all know about:)

• Mise sur pied de l'association ubuntu-cm et exécution de ses objectifs.

• Création et confection des T-Shirt pour les membres de la communauté

• Recensement des tâches à effectuer sur les espaces de communication
  • Wiki: traductions
  • Mailing-list: modération
  • IRC et forum : participation

  • Blogs: réflexions sur la création d'un planet Ubuntu-cm,

  • Microblog: le tag officiel est #ubuntucm (twitter) et !ubuntucm (identi.ca).

  • Partage de photos: sur les sites de partages comme flickr et picasa, le tag officiel est ubuntucm.

• Création et coordination des communautés dans les villes suivantes: Douala, Yaoundé, Ngaoundéré et Limbé.
• Réflexions sur les établissements, sites pouvant acceullir certaines manifestations de la communauté Ubuntu-cm
• Creation d'un espace web (pages avec tutoriaux, forums specifiques, etc) : serveur Ubuntu-cm
• Localisation ( clavier, langues, dictionnaires, ...) - voir comment combiner cela dans un projet sous Launchpad

• Releases Parties [ Lucid (10.04) et 10.10 ] dans les différentes communautés

• Réflexions et mise sur pied des contenus des présentations, ateliers à faire lors des sorties sur le wiki

• Présentation de la candidature de la LocoTeam en tant qu'équipe approuvée

• Attribution volontaire ou nominative des tâches présentées ci-desous et si nécessaire sur une base rotative

• Ubuntu OpenWeek: The Ubuntu Open Week is a week of IRC tuition and Q+A sessions. It is all about getting involved in the world of the Ubuntu community. It is a series of online workshops starting at the beginning of each release cycle where you can:

  • Learn about the ubuntu landscape
  • talk to some key developers of the ubuntu project
  • find out about the Community and its relationship with Canonical
  • participate in hands-on sessions, ask questions,participate in realtime discussions and find out more how
    • you can participate to the Ubuntu project.

• Ubuntu Global Jam

• IRC training mensuel dans le channel #ubuntucm concernant un aspect des tâches communautaires
• Partenariats : ESG - Douala, Goethe-institut - Yaounde.
