Summary
Started with Linux for personal use a long time ago. Since 2005 mainly the Ubuntu distribution. End 2005 I joined the Dutch forum to support other users. Since 2006 I write Dutch documentation wiki articles.
Background
Born in 1963 in the Netherlands. After my study start working as a computer-system engineer and still do. As an engineer it's easy to use Ubuntu and other open source software. There is lots of information available on the internet in the English language.
But for many Dutch users, information in there native language will be helpful to discover, try, use and understand the software Ubuntu offers. I joined the LoCo to help building and maintaining Dutch documentation. And it turns out to be fun to work together as a team and with other users.

Initiate a teampage and monthly irc team meeting to improve and maintain the documentation as a team.
