= Introduction =
Delhi is a huge area with indefinite capabilities. Being the Capital state of India, it is the 2nd largest IT outsourcing center of India with a huge population of IT students/professionals. A fairly large population among this contributes to the open source in various ways.

Delhi as a LoCo team shall also include the NCR region, making a pretty huge area with countless OpenSource enthusiasts. This team aims towards promoting Ubuntu, OpenSource and hence, on a whole, GNU/Linux.

== The Delhi Point of View ==
We, the residents of Delhi believe to have to best and do the best. With our combined efforts, we shall take GNU/Linux to the peak. Being the capital state, Delhi has huge sponsors that shall publicize Ubuntu to a great extent. More will be the users, more will contribute, and the better will be the OpenSource community.

Be a part of Ubuntu Forums and participate in the discussions. Forums are a great place to learn as well. Read the beginner forums regularly to master all basic Ubuntu capabilities.
